Author Guidelines

Thank you for considering submission to Research and Analysis Journals. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscript.

1. Manuscript Categories

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Case Studies
  • Short Communications
  • Technical Reports

2. Manuscript Structure

Authors should organize the manuscript in the following format:

  • Title of the Article
  • Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods / Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgement (Optional)
  • References

3. Title Page Requirements

The title page must include:

  • Full title of the manuscript
  • Full names of all authors
  • Institutional affiliations
  • Corresponding author email address
  • ORCID ID (if available)

4. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should clearly summarize the objective, methodology, major findings, and conclusion of the study. Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords below the abstract.

5. Formatting Guidelines

  • Language: English
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Page Size: A4
  • Margin: 1 inch on all sides
  • File Format: DOC, DOCX, or PDF

6. Tables and Figures

  • All tables and figures must be numbered sequentially.
  • Provide clear titles and captions.
  • Images should be high quality and properly referenced in the text.
  • Authors must ensure originality of all visual materials.

7. Citation and References

Authors should use a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript. References must include complete bibliographic information.

  • Author Name(s)
  • Year of Publication
  • Article/Book Title
  • Journal or Publisher Name
  • Volume, Issue, and Page Numbers
  • DOI (if available)

8. Ethical Guidelines

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of data and findings.
  • Research involving humans or animals must follow ethical standards.

9. Plagiarism Policy

The journal follows a strict plagiarism policy. Manuscripts with high similarity indexes may be rejected immediately. Authors are advised to properly cite all sources used in the manuscript.

10. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a peer-review process conducted by subject experts. The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions.
